  NAMING AND SHAMING.
  I have an order that should have been delivered to me yesterday. I was out - fair enough, but then it should have been delivered to my neighbour. It wasn't, there was no attempt made.
  It was out for Redelivery today. At approx.10:50 I was stood in my bedroom upstairs when I noticed the DPD van in my road, about 5 metres from my house. Adrian did not knock my door. In fact, he stood on my door for approximately 1 second. I ran down my stairs as he started running back to his van. I opened my door, and shouted his name. He definitely heard me but chose to ignore me and got back in his van quickly. He then turned his van round in my road and drove past me as I was waving my arms like a mad woman! He ignored me. HE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER TO ME, OR MY NEIGHBOUR. And, I didn't get a calling card like they say I did.
  What's more, I can't even get through to customer services - it's just an automated line. And I emailed them yesterday after their poor show and have received no response.
  I'm absolutely disgusted that their customer service is so diabolical. SHAME ON YOU DPD. SHAME ON YOU 'ADRIAN' DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their work ethic is non existant.
